My name is Phyllis Gordon and I am the Children’s Minister here at LNBC.  We love children and are all about helping them come to know Jesus as their Savior and Lord, as well as disciple children who already have a relationship with Jesus.

AWANA includes council time, notebook time, and game time.  AWANA includes Cubbies (age 3) and goes up to The Ultimate Challenge Group (5th Grade).  AWANA is located in Buildings C and D.

AWANA meets Sunday nights during the school year from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

The Bridge meets in Building A on Sundays from 5:00 to 6:30 pm during the school year. It includes hang time talking with friends, playing the Wii, and having snacks.  The Bridge students also enjoy interesting Bible studies and are challenged to live out what they learn each week.

At 11:00 a.m., there are NO Sunday School classes.  
We do offer “Extended Session” classes for infants thru age 3, as follows: 
Up to Age 1 (Nursery) - Age 2 (FLC 106) - Age 3 (FLC 103)

 

 
 
 

 

Effective Parenting in a Defective World, by Chip Ingram

Wednesdays starting September 15th, 6:00PM-7:00PM, Club J Room

Raising children is a tough challenge in today's world.  Peers and pop culture exert a never-ending pressure on kids.  But the good news is that God has been working with people from bad situations for a long time!  In Effective Parenting, you will learn how God's principles for raising children still work today.  Packed with practical advice, this series will give struggling parents a vision for their children's future and life-changing help for today!

A worship service designed for Pre-K children (age 4 only), where they can experience an age-appropriate Bible story, fun songs, games, and other activities. 

Parents drop off and sign in their children at Room 112 of Building C just prior to the adult worship service, and pick them up there after the service. 


Note: There is NO Worship Kidstyle on the first Sunday of each month. Children worship with their parents on these days.

 

 

Club J is an age appropriate worship service for children Kindergarten through 3rd Grade.  Worship includes and exciting Bible story, fun songs, games, videos, and more.  Children who are in grades 4 and 5 and who make the commitment are on the Children’s Worship Team, which helps the Club J leaders by leading in songs, helping with games, finding scripture references, etc.  Parents drop off their child/children and sign them in.  They then return to pick them up and sign them out.  Club J is located in the Children’s Building.  

There is NO Club J on the first Sunday of each month.  This is family worship Sunday.
