Saturday Night Service

Join Us For The New Saturday Night Service at 5:00pm In The Chapel!

Pastor: Matt Hearn
Worship Leader: Brooks Mooneyham

Why a Saturday Night Service?
This service will enable our church to provide an alternative for those who may not fit into our Sunday morning routine. Maybe getting up early is not your thing on Sunday mornings. Or maybe a Saturday service time fits better with your small kids. Maybe you work on Sunday mornings and never seem to get to church. It is also Pastor Bobby’s vision to reach the younger generations that are not being captured on Sunday mornings. He believes that a change in time and style will help our church better reach that community and help fulfill our Acts 1:8 initiative by reaching those in Jerusalem.

What is the service like?
This service will be more contemporary in music style and Pastor Matt Hearn will be teaching. The service will take place in the Chapel and the hope is that it will have a casual atmosphere where people will feel more free to worship.

What do I wear?
No matter which service time and day you choose to worship with us, please come dressed comfortably! Come casual or dress up! People wear anything from shorts and jeans to dresses and sport coats.

Where do I park?
The Saturday Night Service is located in the Chapel. If you enter the campus from the Sam Furr Rd entrance, look to your left where you will see orange and blue “Welcome” flags. We will have parking lot attendants who will help you find a parking space in that area.

What’s available for my kids?
We offer nursery childcare for children age 0-2, and childcare for children 3-4 on Saturday evenings. We would like to expand our Saturday Night Children’s Ministry and offer classes up to 3rd Grade! Please let us know if you would be interested in this opportunity.

What about Small Groups?
We believe that it’s important to advance the Kingdom of God through spiritual growth by interacting with both God’s Word and people in our community. Our desire is to begin in-home small groups starting in February.

Will this service diminish the strength and unity of LNBC?
Absolutely not! In fact, the Saturday Night Service will grow our church family and strengthen us as a body in Christ. We are committed to sharing the same Acts 1:8 vision and working together to remain one in Christ just as all the other services do on Sunday morning.

What can I do to help?
We need members of our church family to volunteer their time to come and help get this service off the ground. We need greeters, childcare workers, small group leaders, and friendly faces.

If this is something you would like to help with please contact Pastor Matt Hearn at
