Are you a follower of Jesus? Don’t answer too quickly. In fact, you may want to read this book before you answer at all. Consider it a “Define the Relationship” conversation to determine exactly where you stand. You may indeed be a passionate, fully devoted follower of Jesus. Alternatively, you may be just a fan who admires Jesus but is not ready to let him cramp your style. Then again, maybe you are not into Jesus, period. In any case, do not take the question—Are you a follower of Jesus?—lightly. Some people do not know what they have said yes to and other people do not realize what they have said no to, says Pastor Kyle Idleman. However, Jesus is ready to clearly define the relationship he wants with his followers.

Meet the Leader

Sal Sal Ciresi spent a career in the Army as a military officer leading men into challenging situations. Serving as a “missionary at government expense” he has served Christ in numerous communities and environments committed to leading men in their sanctification process in Christ. He has led small groups in study and prayer, discipled one on one, and has participated in conferences focused on men. His passion is to draw all men to a closer relationship with Christ and to each other thru prayer, study of God’s Word, discipleship, small group interaction, and leading by example.
