The Lake Norman Baptist Church Media Library proudly serves the church community to connect patrons with needed resources. Our collection includes:
- Sections for adults, teens, and children
- Fiction
- Nonfiction
- DVDs
- VHS tapes
- Audio CDs
About the Media Library
Checkout: In order to checkout items, stop by the Media Library to obtain a library card. This process only takes a few minutes. You will then be able to checkout materials from the Media Library. Items are checked out for 2 week periods. You may renew any items you are currently using.
Donations: The Media Library gladly accepts donations. If a donated item can be used in the Media Library, the item will be cataloged and added to the collection. If the item is a duplicate of a title in our collection, the item will be used to support mission programs.
Location: The Media Library is located outside of the Worship Center across from the kitchen. Building C, room 204.
Lost/Damaged Items: We ask that you either replace a lost item or pay for us to have it replaced. If you have a damaged item, bring it in and show us the damage so that we may fix it. Please do not tape torn pages or covers. We do not collect overdue fines.
Requests: If we do not have a resource of which you are in need, please stop by the Media Library to make a request.
Returns: Return items when the Media Library is open or place them in the drop box outside of the Media Library.
Volunteers: The Media Library is run completely by volunteers. If you would like to become a library volunteer, please email Jennifer Thacker. Volunteers help on Sunday mornings and/or Wednesday evenings.
